On Wednesday we had an exciting visit from Roots and Routes. In the first session, we explored Photography. Children experimented with the camera, composition, backgrounds and angels. The second session consisted of making our own avatars then placing them in the oven to harden.

Working scientifically, we have explored categorising and sorting groups using dichotomous keys (DK). To understand the concept we used liquorice sweets. Next week will will be categorising animals using DK.

For Science Week we had a wonderful parent visitor explaining all things Civil Engineering. Pupils had the opportunity to build their own robust structure. What an amazing opportunity!
